I use very high-quality products on all of my clients from the wash, the eye pads, tape, glue, and even the tweezers. I’ve never had a problem (thankfully) I also use my products/supplies on my own very sensitive eyes/ skin regularly. If ever there are any issues a removal within 3 days is free of charge!

Within 15 minutes don’t sweat it, I understand life happens, anything beyond 15 minutes, if permitted, will cost an additional fee of $35.

Generally, a full set of lashes takes me 1.5 hours to complete from beginning to end (more or less depending on the set being done) Each person's lashes differ, as well as tearing, lashability, and necessary prep. I say as a matter of good measure have around 2.5 hours of solid time available.
